Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel an order within [24 hours/days] of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.
After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may request a return after delivery (see Return Policy).

Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return requests must be initiated within [2 days] of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Certain items are non-returnable (e.g. customized products).
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective/damaged.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [2-3 business days] of approval.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchange Policy (Optional) Exchanges are available for size or color variations, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
